Not all software development work should be outsourced – but we will be upfront with you if we are a match for your requirements. We do offer a low risk model for you to test the waters. An initial engagement model may be a fixed price small project. This low risk effort can shake out logistical issues and ensure the fit of the Earlysail team to your purpose.
A typical model would be a small team of 3+developers and QA analysts that works as an extension of your development team.
A longer term model will have us run a dedicated offshore development center for you.
