Pankaj Jain

Pankaj Jain has been the Head of Operations and Delivery since EarlySail’s foundation.

Since 1996, Pankaj has delivered software products and services in the the area of Real-time Messaging, Telecommunications, Wireless, and Voice-based service automation at telecommunication giants such at AT&T, Verizon and Siemens. He has also worked at leading venture backed US companies such as Vayusphere and Kirusa.

He has a BE (Hons) degree from the Malviya Regional Engineering College, Jaipur, India.

Rajesh  Chhikara

Rajesh Chhikara is the Head of Administration and Human Resources.  He brings over 10 years of experience in management of Information Technology companies

He has an MBA in Finance from Guru Jambeshwar University, Haryana, India.

Narendra Kumar Mohta

Narendra Mohta is the Managing Director of EarlySail.  He has over 40 years of leadership experience in technology, media, social outreach, and scientific research, including as a Principal Scientist at the prestigious Pusa Institute in New Delhi, India.

Vish Yelsangikar

Vish advises EarlySail’s Global Network Architecture practice. Vish was most recently a Manager of Network Architecture at Netflix, an online DVD rental company. Vish has worked in the network/IT field for over 15 years. His background covers highly available network design, data center operations, security analysis, vendor management, and 24×7 network operations. Prior to Netflix, Vish was Manager of Network and Security at Lycos, managing all of its U.S. datacenters, network, and security. Vish is an active member of Webmonsters, a group of 40 of the largest web companies. He is actively involved in the Internet peering community.

He has a graduate degree from SUNY at Buffalo and an M.B.A. in Global Management from the University of Phoenix.

Pushpendra Mohta

Pushpendra Mohta is the CEO of Vayusphere, a silicon valley company he founded in 2000 while he was an entrepreneur in residence at Benchmark Capital, a leading venture capital firm.

A veteran of the Internet industry, Push has been a key player in each evolutionary phase of the Internet since 1989. Push spent many years as a senior executive at AT&T following the acquisition of his first company, TCG CERFnet by AT&T. He launched AT&T into a lucrative web hosting and Internet backbone business . He has served on the board of directors of Nominum – a leading DNS and Directory software company, on Compaq Computer’s Communications Advisory Board (now part of HP) , and on the advisory board of Procket Networks (since acquired by Cisco).

He has a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi and a M.S in Communication Systems from University of California in San Diego.
